Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeframes: We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $15 per order. Delivery timeframes will vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Order Tracking & Processing: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order and estimated delivery date. We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Address Changes: If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your shipping information before your order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in this process.

Returns: If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused and in it’s original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If these requirements are not met, we may not accept your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at lorentscott_@hotmail.com, and we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the item. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your returned item.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will notify you that we have received your return and advise you of the refund amount. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days after the refund has been processed, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lorentscott_@hotmail.com. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund, repair, or replacement, in accordance with your rights under the ACL.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
